We are flexible to meet your needs. We can produce a complete game show from setup to teardown with (2) staff members minimum. Additional staffing initially proposed as needed depending on the size of your group. If we are facilitating a collaborative production, we can work with your host or train your technician. Attention OTR Clients outside Wichita KS ONLY: In addition to cargo mileage, we also charge travel for staff members that we bring from Wichita. We also require (1+) above-average overnight accommodation per two staff members for destinations over 50 miles from Wichita KS. Note: If venue is a hotel, onsite accommodations are required. As an alternative to travel we may be able to provide local alternate staffing or training for YOUR OWN STAFF. Please indicate which type of staffing best fits your needs in the next section below. Thank You. Note: Regarding "Alternate Staffing": We offer you the option of either us providing local staffing or you (the client) providing local staffing. If we provide local staffing, we will advertise locally as well as use established staffing companies. We are not responsible for local staff skill level in the time alloted. If you provide your own staff we will assist you in recruitment with advance copies of rules, training resources, a variety of staffing contact numbers and initial orientation. Comprehensive training is also available for an additional cost.

Regarding equipment, a standard game show requires these items: 1.) Game Show Equipment. 2.) Sound System or Audio. 3.) Computer 4.) Video (such as a screen & projector). NOTE: As an example, some clients already have a screen and projector or sound system at their venue. Please let us know here the details of your equipment needs if they differ from a complete production with all needed equipment.
